Flueency publishes information to help you compare hearth heaters. It isn't installation, chimney, gas-fitting, electrical or building-code advice.

Product figures are the makers' and retailers' own and can change; the product's manual and label are the final word. Calculator results are estimates from the inputs you give and the figures shown.

Wood, pellet and gas heaters must be installed to their manuals and local code, with the permits your area requires. Use a qualified installer and have chimneys and vents inspected each year.
