What you get
The Pleasant Hearth PHZC32C Electric Fireplace is a freestanding; the listing doesn't state the heater's wattage.
Like most electric fireplaces the flame effect can run with the heater off, using far less power.
It stands on its own and plugs into a nearby outlet; no vent or chimney is involved.
No combustion means no venting, no gas line and no carbon monoxide, which is why they go into bedrooms and apartments.
Also on the listing: overall dimensions of 32 in (D) x 32 in (W) x 32 in (H).
