What you get
The Dimplex BF39DXP Wall Electric Fireplace is a wall or recessed whose maker rates its heater at 4,915 BTU per hour.
Like most electric fireplaces the flame effect can run with the heater off, using far less power.
It mounts on or recesses into a wall; recessed installs need a framed opening and, for larger units, the wiring its manual specifies.
No combustion means no venting, no gas line and no carbon monoxide, which is why they go into bedrooms and apartments.
Also on the listing: overall dimensions of 15.38 in (D) x 39 in (W) x 32.88 in (H) and a shipping or unit weight of 87 lb.
